Touching story about one of our own ... R.I.P

I have been asked to share this on any west ham sites and forums by the family but the paper is watching and has asked for the copy not to be copy and pasted into the forum so link is here:

Few on this thread, quite a few on the kumb one, not sure what other forums it's gone on but daresay there will be a few others. Got some WH mates and family that will definitely be keen.

Europa away qualifier could be a good one (was waiting for Man U to win before I replied!).

Maybe damo could put something up again on the various forums a bit nearer the time????

Marston

Bloody good idea mate, who is in the area beyond us two and fancies that?

Best pub in buckingham for football by far imo

Didn't realise there were a few posters on here local to the area. Could pick a televised game at the start of next season (Europa qualifier perhaps) and get together for a few beers in the mitre to his memory.

The Mitre is known as the West Ham pub in Buckingham.

What a terrible shame. Robbed of his retirement years AND maybe, hopefully a renaissance of his beloved club.

The older you get the more you realise that 59 is still quite young and I'm sure Keith's family expected a good few more golden years with him.

My sincere condolences to his family.

IRONS.

Odd seeing this on here.

Was a real nice fella. Nice little pub he ran too. Always up for a bit of west ham chat whenever I went in there.
